Returns

Contact us before sending anything. Approved returns are directed to our return facility in China. Please do not send returns to a public business address without authorization.

Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 2 business days. Estimated U.S. delivery is 5–8 business days after processing, with tracking provided by email.
