Free shipping

Carbon Court offers free standard shipping on all orders. Any optional expedited service, when available, will be shown separately at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. During unusually busy periods, we will contact you if additional processing time is required.

Estimated delivery to the United States

After processing, standard delivery to the United States is normally 5–8 business days. The estimated total time from order placement is therefore approximately 7–10 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier disruption, weather, customs review, an incomplete address, or other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email after your order ships. Tracking may require up to 48 hours to display its first update. If you do not receive tracking or it has not updated for an extended period, contact ecom@dtc-house.com with your order number.

Address accuracy

Please review your delivery address before submitting the order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change after processing or fulfillment has begun. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect deliveries

If your parcel appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, email us with your order number and clear photos or video when applicable. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution. Verified product or fulfillment issues are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
