Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering from Carbon Court. Please review the policy below before purchasing.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email ecom@dtc-house.com with your order number, the reason for the request, and clear photos or video when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Our customer care team normally replies within 5 hours.

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions and authorization from us. Approved returns are sent to our return facility in China.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly. Once verified, Carbon Court will provide an appropriate resolution and cover the approved return shipping cost.

Other return requests

We do not offer unconditional or no-reason returns. Other return requests may be considered at our discretion only when the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and includes all accessories. If approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping to China. Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.

Items that cannot be returned

We cannot accept items showing use, wear, alteration, accidental damage, missing accessories, or damage caused after delivery. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.

Exchanges

For an approved replacement due to a verified defect or incorrect item, please contact us first. We do not offer direct exchanges for preference changes.

Refunds

We will notify you after the approved return is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after processing or fulfillment has begun.
