We offer free worldwide shipping.

U.S. typically arrive within 7–9 business days.

We’re a small but mighty team, and orders typically take 2 business days to process before they are shipped. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package along the way.

Orders placed before 12 PM CST, Monday through Friday, may ship as early as the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll do our best to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun.

Wipe the surface and edge guard gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then let the paddle air-dry completely. Avoid soaking it or using harsh household cleaners.

Store it in a dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight, moisture and extreme temperatures. Use a cover when available to help protect the face and edge.
